Updating web site errata to recommend larger test deposit as discussed in issue #13

I added a second commit for issue #14. I'm reusing the same PR because two separate commits each adding a single errata would cause an ugly merge conflict.

I've updated the errata for the v0.92 release, and expanded the release notes for v0.92.
