Add Deramp and Blockwise to the documentation (coregistration section) #505

The current documentation (here) only describes in detail the Nuth & Kaab, Tilt, ICP and Pipeline algorithms. Some algorithms (I'm thinking about Deramp and Blockwise, maybe others?) are missing from that part and so some users miss these tools. One more issue to add to #435 !
