in () 1 for label in extract_labels: ----> 2 new_fert = new_fert.append(fert[fert['Crop'] == label].iloc[0]) AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'append'

Hello, it seems I am unable to reproduce this issue. I ran the jupyter notebook in vscode using python 3.7.6 and did not get error. Code ran just fine. If possible could you please provide steps to reproduce?
