Ad Creative Thumbnail Url Metric Dimension Issue

We’ve encountered an issue in Looker Studio where including the Creative Thumbnail URL metric in our reports causes the associated widget to break. This widget is used to pull through specific ad performance data. The setup has been functioning correctly until recently, but now, as soon as we add the Creative Thumbnail URL dimension, the table fails to populate.

Through trial and error, we’ve determined that this dimension appears to be the cause of the issue. When we remove it, the table populates as expected. However, the Thumbnail URL is a valuable metric for us, as it visually demonstrates the top-performing creative assets to our clients.

Is there a known fix for this issue or any workaround that we could implement? We’re keen to continue using this metric in our reports.
