Add options to:

randomize JP costs
randomize damage and accuracy
randomize when a unit would learn a skill (influence by skillsets.idx) <- could be insane for ai No randomization for targetting, effect ranges, or effects/conditions. Would be way to intensive and very prone to breaking things
