encrypt stellar wallet private key in Firebase

singup CF now triggering auth user create event and

creating a wallet
saving wallet details in firebase - public key as plaint text, private key - encrypted (encryption key is stored in GCP KMS)
asking friendbot.stellar.org for some money
activating the stellar account
