Remove StandardAssets & update for most recent Unity versions #9

It's time to remove StandardAssets I think, it's old legacy Unity cruft that doesn't really help anybody using this and just adds more work to upgrade for future Unity versions.

Also time to do a general upgrade pass for the most recent Unity version.
