New style #30

Wrote new styles for buttons and inputs. Also downloaded IBM font and connected it with our application. You can see fonts' configuration in src/assets/fonts.js. I connected this font in components/App/style.js

Everything is fine, but it looks like there are no changes that @Vadim121197 did How did it happen? I can't accept it yet.
