Integration/support with Editor Extensions #20

Feature

Some entities (e.g. infinity loader) with custom behavior (managed by script, not by the game) don't yet work together with StagedBlueprintPlanning. This feature is to support Editor Extensions entities, and possibly other similar mods as well
