Request: Silver & Electrum compatibility without Thermal Expansion #36

Several other mods add silver, and a few add electrum as well. However, without Thermal Expansion, the smeltery refuses to melt down silver or alloy electrum if you manage to get the silver into it (the only way to melt down silver with these is to make silver gears). You can't even get it back out of the smeltery as ingots or anything else afterwards.

Main example: Immersive Engineering adds both Silver, as an ore, and Electrum, as a gold/silver alloy 1:1. RotaryCraft and witchery both also add silver, although neither adds silver ore. Both are by-products. All are in the ore dictionary.

I have reported this to the main TiCon issue tracker, but Boni apparently will not do it.
