Switch from NodeGit to jsgit #11

See discussions at #9. It appears NodeGit is not well supported, and jsgit has been recommended.

I think git checkout tree is implemented now! See https://github.com/nodegit/nodegit/pull/402 and http://www.nodegit.org/api/checkout/#tree

I'm going to stick with nodegit. I have it ( #9 ) working now and it is much more actively maintained.
