Allow custom user domains #12

Allow users to specify a domain for example like GitHub does with a CNAME file.

It seems the vhost module can be used along with connect to achieve all kinds of things along these lines. The express repo provides an example

I was about to request this too, does this mean that this feature will be out with 0.2 of this?
