[ ] Car has health
[ ] When health is low, it should smoke and max speed and acceleration should be dampened
[ ] When health is gone, then explode the car, and restart the Player
[ ] Player restart should wait 3 (any number) of seconds, before respawn (see #6 )

Causes Damage

[ ] Running into props with mass (everything...)
[ ] Running into opponents
[ ] Bombs / explosions
[ ] Falling damage (?)

Momentum matters. There should be a momentum threshold, such that little taps we do not care about (or maybe the calculation from momentum of the collision to damage is so miniscule anyway)

Do not cause damage when invincible (see #8).

After discussion with @Frozenfire92 , we agreed that health is a feature that is out of scope for this easy and fun game.
