(Re)Spawn positions.

[ ] Add Ouya controller respawn/reset button
[ ] Various spawn positions throughout the map
[ ] Spawn positions are pseudo-random, and cannot respawn at a position while another object already occupies that space (select a different respawn point then)

This should be handled in the Game Controller

After discussion with @Frozenfire92, we determined that respawn positions are not necessary because we are no longer implementing health: see #10 (Car Health).
