Switch to using MySQL for Database (instead of MongoDB) #55

This is because ITTS uses an Oracle database, and the best way to connect with that is through a View of the Oracle database which acts as a MySQL database.

Started making up the schemas in MySQL database. REAAAAAALLLLLY annoying that they couldn't just send use the MySQL Schema Dump instead of this un-organized cramp. These people...
