VHDL error - Cannot open load file: Permission denied, c:/emacs/bin #2550

Description

I can not use the Beautifier on Windows for VHDL because I keep getting the following error: image

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Windows 10
  2. Beautifier configurations for VHDL: image
  3. Emacs is already added to the PATH in Windows

If you still need this and are looking for something to fill the spot that Atom left, I am using Pulsar the successor to Atom... This package is working except for one deprecated error listed in #2605

If you don't need this anymore, can you please close this out so it's not just sitting there? Thanks
