Refactoring file names #19

We should do a little refactoring to make things clearer.

[x] playlist.coffee => index.coffee
[x] queue_view.coffee => playlist_view.coffee

Oh, do you want to stick with Playlist being the model name, instead of Queue? Sounds good +1.

Playlist makes more sense to me. It isn't just sitting there waiting for things to be taken out of it, it should be actively playing songs, updating things, ect..
