Usage instructions? #79

I tried typing "preview" in the command palette and found "Toggle Preview", but this didn't do anything. I don't know if this is a bug or if there's something else I'm meant to do, because the readme doesn't contain usage instructions.

Running Toggle Preview should be sufficient. What versions are you on for Atom and Atom Preview?
