Realtime Global Chat.

[x] User Names
[x] User colors
[x] Hide / Collapse / Show chat panel

Chat supports server Socket.io emitting with correct user name as used in cookie from Express.

Have not completed User Names sync with GoInstant UsersList. This may not be possible. See https://developers.goinstant.com/v1/widgets/user_list.html for more information -- or in this case, that there is no information on auto-setting the user name, for guests.
