Include Markdown renderer and support Blog + Guide #4

I think it will be quite some work. But there are plenty of people doing it and it is one of the use cases of elm-pages, so should be do-able.

The Guide & Blog markdown files will have to be fetched via a data source.

Open Question: how will we handle localization???
