Added manual to binary exip #8

Hello,

I am packaging your software for Debian and it would be very helpful to have a manual page to help users. The "exip" binary has no manual. I'm sending you an example generating via txt2man with source.

Hi @gpxlnx thank you for contribution. Do keep in mind that I am not a Debian user, nor do I have the time to maintain this package on Debian, are you willing to cary this responsibility. If you do, I can approve and we can merge this in.

I am currently a Debian Maintainer and I just uploaded your package to the Debian archive. He should be in in a few days.

I sent you the manual created just as a way to help with the project and if you think it's interesting, add it to your source code so that it's native.
