Define PFBM protocol #1

The PFBM protocol should be simple;
Needs to work transparent on top of the normal messenger protocol/api;
All commands should be opt-in and be as human-readable as possible;

Check if we can get inspiration from https://autocrypt.org/examples.html, especially the "opportunistic encryption" term is interesting. Sadly we won't be able to use headers though, and we'll have to implement/execute our protocol in the clear.
