Erase as a tool #46

Even though we'll support right click as a quick way to erasing, we might want to also support erasing as a tool.

The entire goal of this tool was to be simple. Therefore I'm deciding to prevent a split between painting and erasing and instead keep them always connected.

Feel free to comment on this issue if you think not fixing this is a mistake.
