Create a New Document

When creating a new document, we probably want following options:

• Trixels Width
• Trixels Height
• Background Color
• AutoExpand Option
• Expand Manually via a window

Instead of an auto-expand we might just want to check if we can keep inifit mode and look for tools like mypaint for inspiration.
