As mentiond in #63, we need a frame tool. This way a person can define it's own frame either by drawing, in a similar way that crop works for other programs. Or via a more detailed window where they can actually define the amount of frames or make it automatically do it based on the bounds of the current layer or document.
This issue requires that we have the code in place to work with dialogue windows.
