Smarter Layout & Elm HTML #87

Doing the layout via css is probably not as flexible as we want, which sadly reflects an earlier discussion I had with @Ricky26.

Doing the layout with TheSeamau5/flex-html/ seems like a better solution. We'll also start depending on circuithub/elm-html-shorthand for convenience.

Turns out we didn't need either of those. Combining Elm.Graphics with Html seems to do the trick.
