Localisation via l20n/l20n.js #98

While we finish with the design of the GUI module and implement all its functionallity, it might be nice to develop an elm module for the aweome l20n/l20n.js library by Mozilla.

This we should have the Elm library ready, when we're ready with the GUI and know more or less what we need. The library will be in a seperate module.

This might also mean that we can't longer rely anymore on Markdown and instead write a small wrapper to quickly write different headers, paragraphs and similar stuff. (which might not be a bad idea anyhow).

The repository GlenDC/elm-l20n has been created and can soon be used as a sub-repository for Trixel.

First milestone has been reached and a first working version is ready. However it is far from ideal and certainly not production-ready. The progress and current issues have been summerized in following issue.
