Need to disable the ApplicationPreference that reloads the last loaded project when FlexMonkey is launched. #57

The problem is when you switch between projects it doesn't 
switch style sheets.  So if I run flex monkey and it starts a project 
I didn't want, then I have to switch projects and restart.
