Name field: Should not accept only special characters #4

When the user type edit-stall s/1 n/!, this is accepted, even though it is unlikely for a name field of a store to just be a special character.

Team's Response

It is up to stall owners to name their stalls and you cannot say for sure that a stall name won't just be a special character. One example that exists is "%", a coffee shop.
