Weird state can be entered occasionally when containers are already running when web ui is started

Hard to replicate intentionally, but I’ve had it happen a few times

suspect it’s down to me not initialising python_on_whales properly

Don’t want to stop all containers at startup, it should be able to cope with them, regardless of state

Suspect the was because I wasn't detatching the containers, now I am, this problem seems to have gone away, so closing
