Later start is missed. #551

For task 3, meduno 2020, Christian Ciech flys out of the start zone and back in but because of the give in the zone, flare-timing is missing this later start and instead assigns a jump the gun penalty to him for starting to early.

When scored with Vincenty, this crossing is picked up.

However, with Vincenty for this task pilots Christian Pollet and Marco Laurenzi are still in the same boat, penalised for starting too early, at an earlier crossing, their later start crossing having been missed.
