add-mac-travis is current branch.

idea is to also add windows version here.

latest step was to move all commands to build script. this does not seem to go ok. executable is built, but when pressed does not start downloading??

• currently two different draft releases from one ci run, should be one
• remove draft
• only on tags
• merge
