IGC files have different start gate opening times: http://www.soaringspot.com/en_gb/pribina-cup-2016-nitra-2016/results/20m-multi-seat/task-2-on-2016-03-27/daily

first IGC file from ranking has the incorrent 12:34:00 value, which causes pysoar to crash since no one has started the task after that time. other IGC files have the correct start time.

seeyou also cannot find a valid starting point for the IGC file belong to "TWO"
