skip failed file and continue with rest, prompt with bug report #59

it is now very annoying that when one file fails, it makes the whole analysis useless. instead, this file could be skipped. preferably a bug report is sent automatically such that i a become aware that there is a problem.

automatic mails need password in it so that not an option. alternatively, user could get a warning like "an error occured with one of the flights, please fill in a bug report."

it has been decided that hard brakes are ok, since they offer full exposure of the bugs
