Add streamer's username to the stream listing #24

Ideally, stream thumbnails should look as they do on the Glimesh.tv website, including:

Depending on how we can size things for mobile.

In addition to this, we may want to consider truncating stream titles, as resizing them can make them incredibly difficult or even impossible to read

I saw the change to titles, I was on about adding language, maturity and tags
