Get gimp-dbus.rkt out of repo. #2

gimp-dbus.rkt should be generated automatically, so there's no reason to have it in the repo. (Leaving it there temporarily.)

Generating gimp-dbus.rkt (now pdb-dbus.rkt) requires that we are running Gimp. That makes it harder to build the program from scratch. Hence, this is a bad change.
