Think about GimpItem values #8

At some point, Gimp added an Item type that includes drawables and other things. (E.g., gimp_drawable_is_valid has been superceded by gimp_item_is_valid (and, presumably, by gimp_item_is_drawable).) I need to consider how that affects LoudGimp.

Note that LoudGimp is now called "gigls".
