Remove Kestrel hack #59

Currently Kestrel doesn't implement IHttpConnectionFeature which means that we can't get access to IHttpConnectionFeature.IsLocal. Hence for the moment I have put this bypass in place bbcbdb0360024299be22314b110d21a3b0738a72... need to remove this.
