The client should support deep linking directly to a given request ID.

The current "HUD implementation" (the one that simply says "Open Glimpse") already passes over a request ID in the following RFC6570 format:

/glimpse/client/index.html?hash={hash}{&requestId}

Hud now opens up the glimpse clinet.
