Update dependencies to latest versions #74

Some of the dependencies we use have gotten outdated. Updating them should bring in bug fixes, performance improvements, and new functionality.

Updated everything except for React at https://github.com/Glimpse/Glimpse.Client.Prototype/pull/82. Leaving this issue open for the time being, but may split React into a separate issue later.

I'm going to go ahead and close this since we effectively did update dependencies at the time, except for one. We're having discussions about greenkeeper as we speak which will resolve the remaining one.
