[BUG] Dlls from seamingly non-standard package structure are not downloaded

Description

It seems that some files are not downloaded... probably due to folder structure from the nuget package. What is desired (ignore the fact that I put the package at the root manually)

What I get After downloading with NugetForUnity, for all the packages cited below:

we only get two files from the root... and no runtime folder with dlls

• NuGet Package: LlamaSharp.Backend.CPU, LlamaSharp.Backend.CUDA11, LlamaSharp.Backend.CUDA12
• NuGetForUnity Version: 4.1.0
• Unity Version: 2023.2.19f1
• Operating System: Windows

Hi, Should be resolved by #631 I hope I have some time this week to finish it up.
