Add "reply" functionality #7

Replying to messages should be possible (almost like WA does it).

A standard is needed cross-client, such that the Server-Side code doesn't need to be touched (just a standard Epistle message, but maybe when prepended with something like "REPLYTO:" it is then interpreted client-side as a reply.
