[FEATURE] I suggest adding Symantec Timestamp server #4

Describe the solution you'd like To be added the option to select "Symantec" Timestamp server:

http://sha256timestamp.ws.symantec.com/sha256/timestamp

in the "Commonly used timestamp servers" section of the "Settings" tab.

I'm sorry for these suggestion of Symantec, in fact these timestamp service as been discontinued. These suggestion needs to be ignored.
