[FEATURE] Add Microsoft Time Stamp Server #5

I've notice that Microsoft has their own Time Stamp server available at:

http://timestamp.acs.microsoft.com

It is working.

Maybe add these one?

gg, will add that to v1.3.0. Thanks for the suggestion!

If anybody else has other ideas on which additional timestamp server URLs to add, please post them here. Y'all still have some time before I find a slot on my schedule to work on v1.3.0 :)

There is also these ones: http://ts.ssl.com http://timestamp.entrust.net/rfc3161ts2

I'm aware of others but they have somewhere in their pages that the service is supposed to be used by their clients, so I'm not sure if they will like to have their URLs as one of the options in these application.
