Don't include night-config and typetools in fabric jar #2210

These are included in Glitch-Core and thus are not needed in the bop fabric jar as they will be present since glitchcore is required, night-config is also included in terrablender as well.

Have you confirmed that the mod still builds and runs correctly with this change?

Yes I confirmed by running client indev and also building a jar and running it in a separate install

and just to confirm, config generates correctly image
