[feature request] Wet season fertility #196

Could there be an option to make certain crops grow only during the wet or dry season? For example, I'd like rice to grow best in the wet season for my pack.

Tropical seasons technically aren't defined separately from temperate seasons, and just go by the different temperate sub-seasons. So it would be a bit too messy for us to add this
