Custom Nether regions do not appear at all #66

What's the issue you encountered?

The Nether regions added by mods do not appear at all. I am adding a Nether region in Promenade, and after getting multiple reports, it seems like Nether regions do not appear at all.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Use the command /locatebiome within the Nether dimension with any new biome added with a custom Nether region
