Deactivate temperature don't work #818

What's the issue you encountered?

When I put enable_temperature in false I still dying of heat and cold

How can the issue be reproduced?

[toggles]

Enable or disable thirst.

enable_thirst = true
#Enable or disable hand drinking.
enable_hand_drinking = false
#Enable or disable temperature.
enable_temperature = false

it's disturbing because I have a big server and this bug prevents everyone from playing
