Hypo/Hyperthermia temporarily goes away when exiting/rejoining a world #831

If you have hypo/hyperthermia, exit a world, and rejoin, it takes a few seconds for it to kick back in, which gives players an opportunity to cheese it (Albeit a tedious method of doing so, but still)
