[Suggestion]: Import Aegis #70

Suggestion

I'm bringing up the request for the ability to import json-type backups/exports from password managers like Aegis.

Hello @0xlne !

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to facilitate a general purpose JSON import. This is because JSON is a complex tree-structure data format, with different systems making different use of it.

It is possible to make Aegis import for Passy. I can not promise it for the next update as the focus has already gotten too broad, but do expect it afterwards.

Aegis imports implemented in 0baada40bf8c4e9f8f996dd8341aa9bd2160b08b and 85711434b2be216e72e096bc5c55a222166d6c7d.

Hello @0xlne !

Aegis imports have been included in Passy 1.8.0 - https://github.com/GlitterWare/Passy/releases/tag/v1.8.0. I have tested them pretty thoroughly but do notify me if something is wrong and I will provide you and other users with a hotfix release as soon as I can.

Desktop builds are already available, but it might take a week or two for the F-Droid build process to provide Android builds. The Play Store publishing process has been resumed and will be available later this year.
